Things to consider

The main thing that needs someconsideration is whether you choose to use flour or corn to make yourtortillas.

Personally, I am a fan of corn flourtortillas as I like the end product. They end up super crispy on the outsidebut are still soft on the inside. As far as quality goes, they are great.

Regular flour also delivers good resultsbut I guess you choose whatever tortilla suits you. If you are watching thewaistline, consider using low carb flour.

What is for sure, the end result will bethe same as a store-bought packet of tortilla chips. You have to be happy withthat right?
